Q: I registered for the course, but never received anything. Why not?
A: Have you checked the anti-spam settings on your email account?
Depending on your anti-spam settings, your email software might think that mail from the Bank of Ireland Business Start-Up Online Training Course is spam. So, if you have not received anything from us after registering, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find an email from us, please contact us using the "Contact Us" section of this website.
Q: The security pass code on the registration page won't work for me. I am a person with a disability and there is software on my computer that reads the content of each page to me. Unfortunately, it can't read the characters in the code field. What should I do?
A: The security code is used to secure your personal information from spam and other internet fraudulent practices.

Q: When I try to access Module 3 from the lnk in the email I received, I am taken to Module 4. How can I access Module 3?
A: Use the link to access the course. Once in the course, look to the left-hand side of the screen, where you will see a navigation area, listing all the Modules currently available to you. Module 3 should be there. Just click on the link to access it.
